Hands down one of the best places in the world to get this procedure done. I’ve been there twice now (first was for the front, second was for the crown area) after many years of research. You never know what to expect when you’re looking at Reddit or online forums, but they blew me away with their professionalism and results.
It is a bit more expensive than other clinics, but it’s 100% worth the money to have it done right – especially if you’re flying from across the world to be there (Canada, in my case). One of the biggest selling points for me was that the doctors actually perform the procedures themselves. The whole team, including Ebru and Mila, were incredibly professional and communicative throughout both of my sessions.
I am not paid by HLC or affiliated in any way, just a very happy patient. If you’re on the fence, this is the place to go. Don’t go to a clinic that you will regret.

Avoid HLC Hair Transplant Clinic
I had a very disappointing experience with HLC Hair Transplant Clinic in Turkey, and I strongly advise against choosing them for your procedure.
I initially felt confident about the clinic after doing research, and I even paid a 1,000 EUR consultation fee to secure my appointment. However, after reconsidering the surgery, I decided to cancel my appointment well in advance, as their cancellation policy promised a full refund if done 14 days prior.
Unfortunately, after canceling, I was told they couldn’t refund my credit card and instead asked for my bank details, which raised red flags. Despite multiple emails and months of back-and-forth, I never received my refund. To make matters worse, I was eventually shown a deposit slip for a payment that went to an account I don’t even own.
In the end, I lost my money, and the clinic stopped responding to my emails. If this is how they handle cancellations and customer service, I can’t imagine how they treat their patients. Please learn from my mistake and avoid HLC at all costs.

The other factors were secondary for me but were also convincing: the staff was very friendly and attentive, the accommodation was not luxurious but absolutely sufficient, and the transfers were well organized. During my three days there, a total of five patients were treated, and I got along well with them—the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

The entire experience was smooth, professional, and caring. They only see 3–4 patients per day, so you never feel rushed. This is definitely a premium clinic with a premium price, but when it comes to surgery, I wouldn’t risk it with a cheaper hairmill. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who feels anxious about travelling to a foreign country for a medical procedure.

This is the worse hair clinic I’ve ever seen. Talking with a doctor is almost impossible. A woman answers the phone and she wants to answer all of your questions. In fact, she has no idea about hair restoration. She does not let you to ask medical questions to a doctor.
Don’t waste your time with these dodge people.

Despite leaving a half-transparent pricing policy, HLC Clinic grasped our attention with their affordable graft prices combined with an immensely experienced team of surgeons.
The fact that Dr. Oztan shows enough care to meet with patients 1-1 during the consultation is a big plus.
Also, we don’t know if bio-enhancements are used in their transplants. The fact that they do not mention it anywhere puts their graft survival rates into question.
The biggest highlight is that, even if the surgeon is very famous for pioneering the industry, he offers affordable graft prices. Also, the clinic provides other hair treatments such as body hair transplants (BHT), eyebrow transplants, and beard transplants.
