Upon arriving in Istanbul, Sule Hair Transplant’s representative welcomes you and takes you to your VIP transport. According to their website, the clinic even has a designated welcoming area for patients in each airport.

The first destination is the 5-Star International Windsor Hotel. The clinic provides three-day accommodation in this hotel. As the accommodation includes an extra day for resting, patients can get the needed spare time for the body to recover from the stress of the surgery.

The clinic has an interior design with a sign of excellence and luxury. It’s very hygienic and clean and ready for actual surgery.

The clinic is located in which can be considered a good location in Istanbul.

Surgery Methods and Doctor Involvement: 2/5

Dr. Hakan Hanimoglu or Dr. Sule used to be present in every surgery. However, nowadays they seem to be not attending to surgeries patient reviews online. You can verify this information yourself.

There are no bio-enhancements to be used during the surgery, expensive ATPv (energy source) and organ transplant solutions. Without using bio-enhancements to feed the scalp with nutrients in such a stressful surgery, it is difficult to say how successful the results will be.

The clinic also has its own anesthesia method called “Intravenous Sedation.” This is a type of sedation that involves administering medications through an IV line targeting the central nervous system to help patients relax and reduce anxiety.

Another positive side of the clinic is that Sapphire FUE incision and DHI implantation are included even in the cheapest package. Normally, many clinics charge extra for these procedures. However, we have to note that these techniques are valuable in the hands of real surgeons, not young technicians.

Besides over paying. My graph did not turn out as well as other companies. They did too much on my front and sides of my Crown. Totally not enough in the middle. This won’t let me post pictures.

They had 2 different girls shaved my head. It was totally uneven and it actually hurt while they were doing it.
They have too many kids doing the procedure. Mine took 10.5 hours long. Four young girls that laughed and talked the whole time. When they talked they would quit working. I had to finally say something.
I have scars on my neck now and they were not gentle in any way. Nobody told me they were gonna take any off of my neck.
They just grab your head and rotate it or move it like a football.
I really don’t think they cared about me in any way.
They could have pulled some from under the chin to hide it better.
They work you like an assembly line.
I tried to explain my concerns.
They treated me like I did not know what I was talking about.
I had to pretty much beg to go to the bathroom 2 times in 10.5 hours.
The driver left me in the van why he went and smoked with the motel employees.
The hotel they put you in, is in the ghetto. You won’t get any sleep because you’ll hear The Doors shut all night.
I just hope my hair grows.

This place is by far a 5 star buisness. I have done nearly the full year and all the hair had grown in but the way they applied is was all in straight lines which I know in the industry is incorrect and I even told them not to do that and they still did.

Now I’m left with an un natural hairline which I’ll show in the pictures. Very annoying because I told them not to do this and they didn’t listen, I also came all the way from Australia. They said I could pay with aus dollars but gave me an usd price. When I went to pay they tried to charge me over $1000 more plus all extras even though I picked the all inclusive package. He said with all the fees of changing it to there dollar that was the price. If I paid with usd they would have had to pay the exchange rate anyway so it makes no difference what dollar it’s in.

One guy I was there with came from Amsterdam and he was supposed to do his bear too which he paid for but they forgot to do it so just reimbursed him with a hair care package, as if that helps the massive mistake they made. I’m not going to tell you who to go through but I highly recommend not using this company. They keep tell everyone to give a Google review when you’re there with no knowledge of everything that’s going to take place.

For anyone considering SULE hair transplant, think again! I had mine done there and it’s FAILED, they kept emailing me progress updates via email which I sent, and told them I was unhappy and they ignored me.

Now I posted a few weeks ago my progress update and they accused me of being their direct competition. They are a sh*t hair mill and once they have your money there is 0 customer service and they will treat you like garbage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
