From the very first glance, Estenove makes a clear stance in the field about its services. Their services are expensive and premium because they provide the most premium service in only one package available, focusing on how much confidence they have in their technique.

They have the same package for every customer, standardized and all-inclusive, as we can see through their in-depth transparency:

Aside from not being within affordable limits, the fact that the package is this transparent and that it includes aftercare products at its fixed price is a big plus.

However, Estenove’s website and patient reviews online raise some questions.

The PRP price is not indicated despite being an extra product included in the package. Patients must contact the clinic to learn how much their PRP injections cost.

They also include the ICE FUE method and the NOVE MIC method in their pricing, which are very rarely seen in hair transplants. Combined with the lack of information on how these methods affect their surgical procedure, this comes out as a minus.

ICE FUE is just a marketing technique defined as a cooling mechanism during the follicle-handling process. However, standard hair transplantation requires grafts to be kept cool after the harvesting stage.

The Nove MIC® (Microscopic Implantation Control) is another marketing term stating grafts are classified based on hair counts under the microscope. The procedure is also standard.

Patients will find it difficult to correctly see their pricing per graft transplanted when these extra services are not indicated with their prices. The clinic aims at that because they claim to cover the entire amount of needed grafts a patient would need.

However, this promise is kept so long as the required grafts don’t exceed 5000, which leaves us to question how they deal with patients that need more hair grafts for their balding areas in this single package.

There are patient reviews online explaining how they had high numbers of hair grafts transplanted at the clinic and had multiple sessions and surgeries. Combined with the “extra aftercare products” page on their website, we learn that patients who finish the consultation process provide more package options, which is a big minus.

Patients wanting to see the options Estenove has available must go through the consultation process entirely. We suggest a clinic with such high reputability to shine its complete services openly. 

However, even the limited ones they choose to share are all-inclusive enough to pass this part with 4 stars from us.

Facilities, Services, and Accommodation 4/5

When you arrive in Istanbul, Estenove’s representative greets and escorts you with the VIP transfer to the hotel that the clinic provides.

A 2-day stay in a 5-star hotel is included in all packages. In our opinion, 1 night extra for rest and recovery is a must for graft health as the long surgery puts heavy stress on the body. This is the only minus in their accommodation services.

Estenove treats its patients in a large hospital with high-end technologies and comfort. Its operation rooms are almost as eye-catching and top-notch as the exterior design of the large plaza building it is located in.

The clinic is at a very central location on the European side of Istanbul, Sisli. It is only 46 km from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) and 39 km from Istanbul Airport (ISL).

The hotel they provide is not specified on their website. However, the patient reviews online mention that the hotel was the 5-star Avantgarde hotel, which is only 5 minutes of walking distance away from the clinic.

Surgery Methods and Doctor Involvement: 2/5

As the head of the medical team, Dr. Zafer Çetinkaya is available during every part of the surgery and deeply supervises every single one, regardless of the surgery method.

Estenove has a high list of post-op medications in its packages, and you can buy additional ones through its website. However, they don’t use any bio-enhancements during the surgeries. Without these supporting substances, the only other service they can provide for maximizing the survival rate of the hair follicles is PRP injections, which is a big minus.

The clinic does not proudly announce that they only accept a few patients anywhere or do not perform simultaneous operations in a single day. That leads us to think otherwise.

Despite not presenting their anesthesiologist anywhere, Estenove is proud of its pain-free anesthesia administration process with its needle-free dermojet. Almost every patient testimonial starts by discussing the relatively painless and smooth operation.

Finally, Estenove provides no information about telogen and miniaturization checks. So, it is difficult to say how they protect their patients from cases such as overharvesting and more. It’s another negative point for Estenove.

A few patients have criticized the brief doctor-patient interaction on the day of the procedure. In one account, a patient noted that after the doctor outlined the hairline, he was rarely seen during the graft implantation process. This is important for patients requesting a certified doctor to fully perform the hair transplant surgery.

The medical staff were very attentive to my questions or concerns prior to the procedure. They also never over promised what was achievable, but rather over delivered the final number of grafts. Original expectation of 4,500 grafts finished with 5,400.
The price point compared to Australia is also a significant saving, which means I will have the opportunity to return in many years if need be.

 contacted EsteNove for hair transplantation and since our first contact, they were professional and very pleasant. Agreeing on the operation was easy and straight forward. Once I arrived in Istanbul, I was very well taken care off. The procedure itself went well and now half a year later, I am happy that I made the decision to go for it. The progress is very nice. my first transplan was very good and after a month from the surgery the donor area was gully recovered. they said for the sexond surgery i had to wait 9 month but that then i could finish up what could not be done the 1st time. well after 15 months i went for second transplant and my donor area is now ruined and patchy! when i send the picture to show tbe progress they replay with same standar message that everything was going well, so after i challanged their replay but showing the pictures of the first surgery thay tanked me for the feedback! WTF!!!! they have been disonest and not informative… i would not recommend them!

I had a very negative interaction with this company. I dealt with someone called Jason on WhatsApp. He misrepresented the number of grafts I was going to receive. The estimate when added up said 2500, but the number of grafts in another section of the plan said 3,500. When I questioned him about it, he became very defensive, and insulted me. I screencaptured the conversation, and told him unbeknownst to him, another person he had been dealing with at same time, was a friend of mine. We planned on flying out together. He provided my friend an identical custom plan with same numerical errors, almost looked like a cut and paste job. My friends hair is totally different than mine. Numerous other clinics said he wasn’t a good candidate, so when he got the same custom plan with the same errors it raised alarm bells. Jason wasn’t even savvy enough to say it was a mistake, he just became rude, and defensive like an animal backed into a corner. I went from thinking he was a nice guy, to thinking he was a con man. Before you go to any clinic anywhere, ensure you do your due diligence and vet these places. Educate yourself on terminology, techniques, and costs associated with the procedure. Good luck to anyone seeking out a good business. Update: company attempted to flag this review. They were not transparent, they were misleading, and off by 1,000 graphs, and sent identical misleading to a friend who was also going to go here with me. I have screenshots I informed TrustPilot I could provide. They even begged me to take review down, I have that screen shot as well.

Over harvested and Poor quality work. Im writing this to save someone from Permanent Damage. Estenove will create a bigger issue and make your problem worse. Rest assured Estenove is a hairmill. Don’t be fooled by their instagram or social media. They have good hotel and transportation service but they are horrible at the actual procedure. If you paid your deposit, let it go. Even if you landed in turkey and are in the hotel, DO NOT GET A TRANSPLANT at Estenove. The money is not worth the permanent damage and negligence they will do to you.

 I have been contacted many times to delete this review and even after 3 months my donor area shows no signs of recovery. I have also uploaded pictures 3 months post op, as you can see my right donor has been scarred and disfigured. The left one seems fine. They do not extract homogeneously and for $3500 estenove will ruin your life and cause permanent damage. They have taken 0 accountability and just keep gaslighting/messaging me to delete this review.

Estenove Hair Transplant Clinic Rating

Estenove is less affordable than other hair transplants, even in Turkey. But the clinic makes it up for it in its results.

Being transparent about pricing and providing package details online is crucial to building trust. The clinic manages this, but only partially. Fixed single session price is accessible, but some packages are only discussed after the consultation.

The leading doctors and the plastic surgeon can be found online, but the rest of the medical team is a mystery.

The fact that Dr. Çetinkaya exists in every surgery is a big plus that clinics commonly overlook. However, we would also love to see him appear during the online consultation process.

There are a lot of good reviews online and satisfied customer videos, enhancing the clinic’s reputation. Although some parts are imperfect, photos are pretty good before and after hair transplant.

There have been some bad reviews lately. They might have employed inexperienced new team members, that might be the cause.

While most patients say they got very good results, a few have mentioned slight issues with graft density or unevenness in the hairline. This kinda highlights how unpredictable cosmetic procedures can be sometimes. It’s possible that they had some newer team members working there and that could’ve been why these small problems happened.
